EU Refund & Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to the exemptions below.
Exemption — Opened or Unsealed Products In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery. This includes all skincare, haircare, body care, wellness, fragrance, and Ayurvedic formulation products supplied by Bipha Ayurveda. By breaking the seal or opening the packaging, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal for that product is forfeited.
Eligible Returns — Unopened & Sealed Products Only Only products returned in their original, factory-sealed, unopened condition with all original packaging and labels intact will be considered for withdrawal. Bipha Ayurveda reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at enquiry@bipha.com within 14 days of delivery. Do not return any product without prior written approval from Bipha Ayurveda. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping — Customer's Responsibility All return shipping costs, including international courier charges, customs duties on return shipments, and any associated fees, are entirely borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service. Bipha Ayurveda accepts no liability for items lost, damaged, or delayed in return transit.
Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. If the returned product does not meet our return conditions upon inspection, no refund will be issued and the product will not be re-shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to our error, notify us at enquiry@bipha.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds for damaged goods will only be issued where a replacement is not possible.
No Refunds on Promotional or Discounted Orders Products purchased during promotional campaigns, with discount codes, or as part of gift sets are not eligible for refunds. Store credit may be offered at Bipha Ayurveda's discretion.
