Shipping Policy

  • All purchases are shipped from our warehouse units.  
  • We collaborate with multiple courier partners - Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL and India Post.  
  • The full rights of all our shipments (domestic and international) lie with us.  

 

Order Delivery Guidelines 

  • Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Saturday (Business days only).  
  • Bipha Ayurveda is not responsible for damage to the products after delivery.  
  • All urgent customer service requirements should be made communicated within the first three days of delivery.  
  • No shipping or handling charges apply to product deliveries within India, if the order value is above Rs. 750. For international shipments, shipping charges apply except for orders above the value of $150.  
  • For international shipments, the number of products ordered by the customer may exceed the total number permissible by their country for customs clearance upon arrival. This should be managed by the customer while placing the order with us.   
  • In international shipments, the consignee will be responsible for the entry of the products to the country they have chosen to have the products shipped to and for compliance with all applicable laws. It covers the payment of Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the customer’s delivery location.  
  • In case of delivery failure in the customer’s country due to any compliance issue, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding the shipping charges.  
  • Be mindful of your country’s permissible delivery laws while making the order.  

 

Time Required for Order Shipments:  

  • Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within one business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3 - 5 business days.  
  • International orders – All International orders are processed within one business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days. We are shipping to all international countries.  

 

Returns and Refunds  

Bipha Ayurveda eCommerce division guarantees to give you a desirable shopping experience. But we cannot accept the exchange or return of used products once sold or delivered due to unchangeable circumstances.  

 

Order Return Guidelines:  

  • If you receive a tampered, damaged or wrong product, contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. You may use supporting proof to help us address your concerns at the earliest.  
  • You must return the products in their original packaging and saleable condition for the return process to be valid.  
  • Returns and exchange requests will be thoroughly checked by Bipha Ayurveda.  
  • No refund shall be made once goods are sold.
