EU Shipping Policy
Shipping to the European Union Bipha Ayurveda ships to all 27 EU member states from our manufacturing facility in Kottayam, Kerala, India, via DHL Express and India Post EMS.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- DHL Express: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- India Post EMS: 10–20 business days from dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bipha Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Orders above ₹14,999 qualify for free standard shipping (India Post EMS). DHL Express is available at an additional charge.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Bipha Ayurveda has no control over customs processing times or charges. Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in a returned shipment will not be eligible for a shipping refund.
Order Tracking All EU shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be shared via email upon dispatch. Bipha Ayurveda is not responsible for tracking inaccuracies caused by the carrier or destination postal service.
Failed or Refused Deliveries If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer will bear all costs of re-shipment. No refund will be issued for refused deliveries.
Lost Shipments In the rare event of a lost shipment confirmed by the carrier, Bipha Ayurveda will initiate a carrier claim on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation timeline. Bipha Ayurveda's liability is limited to the value of the goods as declared on the shipment.
