2.Cooling shampoos for weekly hair care will be a boon.Herbal hair care technique with cooling ingredients is more suited as it is a time for taking a cool break with a healthy twist.
3.Lightweight herbal moisturizers not only make your skin hydrated but can also boost your glow.
4.Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen.
- Avoid heavy make-up.
- Replace your daily fashion synthetic wears with cotton alternatives. Use loose-fitting cotton clothes.
- Hydrate your body. Drink a lot of drinks made from cooling ingredients like vetiver, Indian sarsaparilla etc.
8.Take a refreshing shower twice every day. Avoid bathing in hot water as it can leave your skin dry. Use warm water for this purpose.
- Your feet blocked in a shoe for long hours may cry out of bad smell or itching. Thus, wear breathable footwear suitable for the season. If you must wear shoes, make sure to avoid moisturizer retention which in turn leads to fungal infection. Scrub your feet with pumice stone for exfoliation thrice or twice weekly, but never forget to apply moisturizer after the process.
10.Exfoliate and apply foot butter to retain the soft, smooth feet. Our Lavender Rosemary foot butter will be a better option.
Thus, summer skin care focuses on cleansing, exfoliation and toning. As a routine, it will be advisable to follow a weekly pampering session for your skin and hair care.
